Qigong is a moving meditation that links the heart and breath with motion. It is spiritually, emotionally and physically centering. Calm the mind with movement and breath. Improve posture and help the spine become supple and strong. Help move waste out of the body’s lymphatic system. The flowing movements of Qigong are the foundation of Taichi and easier than yoga.
