In the Sanctuary
Every Wednesday, 11:00 am -12:00 pm
in the front lobby of the Sanctuary
Participants should bring a Pilates or Yoga mat, other small exercise equipment will be provided by Instructor; beginners welcome, no prior Pilates experience required; most exercises can be modified for specific needs; classes will focus on core strength, flexibility, alignment and balance.
